I feel very hungry, I have to lose weight but I feel very hungry due to which I am not able to lose weight, Tell me what should I use that makes me hungry and also reduces my weight, which is the medicine that reduces my hunger, is my marriage, and I am not losing weight, please tell me please......I have a diet but i don't from this, I get a lot of urine which is very good for a weight loose but I get so much that my legs and my stomach get cold due to which I have for 2 months, I am not getting any date due to which I feel that I am gaining weight, I am taking medicines but they are very less, which causes me a lot of pain. please tell me...?

You can lose weight by fasting. Intermittent fasting helps you to lose weight quicker and it's easier then Restrictive Dieting. On the other hand, You start drinking this 4-ingredients kehwa everyday this will not only help you lose weight but also fulfill your water need:

Boil 2 cups water, after reaching boil:
Add 1 tbsp zeera and 1 tbsp saunf, 2 small elaichi or 1 tsp elaichi powder, 1 small cinnamon stick or 1 tsp cinnamon powder.
let this mixture sit until temperature drops to room temperature.
Make this fresh and Drink everyday.
I can suggest you a proper diet plan as well but for that i will have to see your weight and body type.
