first of all you have to take Nutrient dense meals and does not have to skip any major meal in daily routine. check out which food group are you missing in your daily diet either it' is cereals, fruits, veges, meat fish eggs, plants oils, or dry fruits. Include in diet in portion based on your iBW that is 66 to 70 kg. include calcium', phosphorus, magnesium enriched foods like dairy and dairy products in your daily diet. include also omega 3,6,9 suppliments and do physical activity of 20-30 min/day. drink plenty of water (8-10glass/day).
