Hello, I am working on my weight loss and I'd like to know that how many days can we do banana diet and how many bananas and how many glasses of milk should we take. Is this diet for 3 days? Or 4 days? And how many bananas per meal 2 or 3?and one more thing is it okay to take milk with every meal or it's only allowed at one specific time? Do help me out thank you.
