Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Lahore
Hi. I'm 5'1". My weight is stuck at 60 kgs. I want to lose almost 7-8 kgs. But no matter what I workout alot, I eat carefully, my weight is stuck at 60 kgs. Im 25 now. When I was 18, it was so easy for me to lise 4-5 kgs in a month through just plain eating. Now I feel helpless. I got my thyroid tests and its perfectly normal. The only thing I guess I'm dealing with is severe stress. And the stress which is actually uncontrollable. Kindly suggest me something.
hey there. since when is your weight stuck? also what type of exercises are you following? please also share more details about your dietary routine. thanks.
To guide you further i should have information about your exercise regime and diet history. After that i can tell you.
But add light weights in exercise regime. and your diet should avoid skipping meals. Eat 6 small meals and drink lot of water

Thankyou for the response
Diet is simple I've lessened the potions. In whole day I eat half roti, alot of fruits and a little bowl of rice at night. I tried to leave roti but then I start feeling fatigued and low blood pressure all day long. I have this digestive issue too. Constipation occasionally, low metabolism rate and bloated lower abdomen. I do aerobics, 30 mins walk daily and badminton 4 times a week.

Weight stuck is a common phenomenon while reducing weight and it happens when your body adjusts to the existing diet and caloric intake. Most of the people with self dieting experience weight stuck. As you get close to the ideal weight, chances of weight stuck increases. I would recommend to take a break from existing diet and consult a nutritionist who can prepare a body surprise diet plan which will again initiate weight loss. For further details, you can call me on 042-32591427, or 042-32591427,

AOA...It's a misconception that eating less causes weight loss. Weight reduction is not about eating less, it's mainly the addition of healthy but low caloric food sources in the diet which would help in both weight loss and the maintenance of body's overall health.
Stress could be one of the culprits. It plays a role in weight gain. Levels of the stress hormone cortisol, rise during tension-filled times. This can turn your overeating into a habit. Because increased levels of the hormone also help cause higher insulin levels, your blood sugar drops and you crave sugary, fatty foods.
Exercise, but don’t overdo it. High-intensity workouts can raise cortisol levels. Try a brisk walk.
Get support from family and friends. It’s always good to have someone to talk to or lean on. If you’re feeling tense, speak with someone about it.'
You could also read, listen to music and most importantly, Pray. Make sure you're getting plenty of water and sleep, too.
For complete diet plan, it will need complete assessment of your weight, height, Your fluid and dietary intake, medical history, health issues, sleep wake up cycle and biochemical examinations.
