Question

Aoa dr i just want to know that i feel my weight is stuck aftr loss of 10 kg ... i visited for that a nutrionist bt i dn why after 10 kg i feel i jjust stuck at 60 aftr two weeks proper followed plan i just loss only o.5 kg i dn know why my wedding is next year so i really need to be at 55 or 50 kgs my height is 5'6 and nw my weight is 60kgs plz help ????

You have achieved what is called a plateau and this stage is crossed through a lot of difficulty
You might be loosing in inches
