Instead of L- carnatine I would advise to have high fibre diet ( whole wheat bread etc) remove all sugar in your diet, stop eating white rice, potato, white flour products. Increase water consumption. Eat vegetables, white meat, fruit ( be careful here also).

There are so many mixed research based on it, it's not clear the benefits of the carnitines. L-carnitine is used to increase L-carnitine levels in people whose natural level of L-carnitine is too low. (means you had deficiency), which is caused by certain genetic diseases or other disorders.
Dont consume it without doctor prescribed.
This is not a healthy approach.. No single food or medicine can cause weight lose. Stop looking for a shortcut. You need to eat in an overall caloric deficit. Track your macros and stay active
