No. Vaccines are helpful in preventing cancer. It’s a regular practice in western countries to offer teenager girls anti HPV vaccine to reduce risk of cervical cancer. Similarly it’s a common practice all over the world to have anti Hepatitis B virus vaccine to develop antibody against virus, and that virus can cause Liver cancer. Hope above answer helps
