Asalam alaikum Last year Patient diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma (head & neck) Got surgery and 35 radiotherapy sessions Now he is unable to eat due to difficulty in mouth opening (fibrosis) But he started smoking again at least one packet of cigarettes in a day What are the harms of this And how much chances of return of cancer please guide me
