use steroid cream on hand and feet like kanacort.
get her cbc lfts and rfts done for pre chemo evaluation
also give her oral intake status as to whether or not she is having adequate dietary intake or not
does she have fever?

If patient performance statuts is poor then chemotherapy can be delayed. Discuss with your oncology consultant regarding patient performance status. He will delay the chemorherapy
