walaikumAsalam ma'am lymph nodes swelling ka mtlb sirf cancer nhi hta or bhi reasons hti hen, so wait for biopsy report and hope for good

No matter what is reported in biopsy. Do seek a Paeds-Onc near your area and physically go to them to ask for opinion. Do not delay after biopsy, because the imaging results are aggressive. It can be infective vs malignant. The choice for you is Paeds-Onc. They will decide further testing and review if needed.
