my father has diagnose with liver and lungs cancer .Dr israr mujahid did very worst with him . at the moment he is very very weak he lose around 25 kg wait in 45 days , in mid January he was quit ok but Dr mujahid ne is condition aur tamam test k bawajod 10 impenem aur cilastatin injection lagae 5 din me. phir buhat Ziada injection lagae umer hospital Lahore le ja .Ker ab aik mahine baad na wo uth sakte Han na Kuch khate Han hadio Ka dancha bante ja rahe Han .us Dr k dill me Kuch rehem nai aiea sirf Apne paise banene k Lia itne injections aur endoscopy Ker di jab k us ko reports me sab pata tha. ABI wo bed per Han aur un Ka gala b band ha aur belly me Pani b ha aur right leg me buhat cramps parte Han dard wale . koi Khuda Ka Banda help Ker de un ko kon se medicine Di jae . take uni takleef na ho at least. please help

i think its HCC stage 4. he needs Child pugh score to decide about therapy. meanwhile give Cap Morphine 30 mg Subh sham for pain along with duphlac. put him on clexane 60 mg subcutaneous subh sham for 10 days followed by Tab Xeralto 15mg subh.. give him ensure or glucerna powder. amniovil alternat with lipofundin

Unfortunately his cancer is advance and incurable. He is loosing weight due to cancer and fluid in abdomen is also due to clots in abdomen veins, weak liver and due to cancer. For pain control, can give him tramadol 50 to 100 mg three times daily. Rest of medications can be continued as of Omer hospital. You can keep him at home to spend maximum time with him or admit to Hospital near your home if cannot manage things at home. May Allah ease his pain and make this difficult time easy for you and your family. Ameen

amino nd lipo alternatively..
child pugh score needs INR, serum albumin, serum bilrubin, ultrasound will give you if any ascites/fluids in belly and do asses his conscious level. a simple mbbs dr can do that. these are simple blood tests.. if total score is 7 or less then can give tab sorafenib 200 mg bd and if score more than 7 then no benefit of cancer therapy and treat him per his symptoms
