Liver Cirrhosis And Cancer

Assalamu&rsquo;Alaykum. My mother was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis and liver cancer. She got TACE twice and after that cancer got nil. Yesterday she experienced hepatic encephalopathy episode and got unconscious for 3-4 hours. We did her enema and after that she passed three stools and became conscious. However today morning her bp was 190/80. We gave her medicine and bp became normal. But from evening time she is experiencing nausea and vomiting. Can someone please explain this issue? Her reports are attached. Thanks

Your relorts is in Normal Limit but if u have done already a CECT chest abdomen so please share its reports. While for nausea and vomiting u need to use
Inj.Tropit(tropisetron 5mg) iv BD +inj. Multibionta 1 in 042-32591427, mL dextrose Saline for 3 days. And use Syp Duphallic 2+2+2
Risek insta 20mg sachet BD
And tablet Siliver once a day regularly

Assalam O Alaikum . Can you please share her Last CT report with date mentioned post TACE procedure. Her bloods reports are satisfactory. Will need additional blood tests called INR or PT. Which date the blood test reports are from? Is She Hepatitis B or C positive? Did she have an endoscopy done to see for dilated blood vessels near lower end of food pipe ? Which hospital she has have the TACE procedure? Nausea and vomiting may be due to inflammation in the stomach which is common in patients with liver cirrhosis. For symptomatic treatment , can start her on tablet metoclopramide 10 mg three times per day and capsule Risek 20 mg daily. What medication is she currently taking? May Allah give her shifaa. Ameen
