Lump In Breast

Question

AoA.. Sir i\'ve a lump in my upper part of left breast. I don\'t know if it is tumor or something else like swollen lobule. I\'ve had an ultrasound today and they diagnosed it as fibroadenoma. What should i do now.

Get it removed by a surgeon and biopsy.
likely fibroadenoma, which is a benign tumor NOT cancer.

Fibroadenoma is a benign condition. You dont need any treatment for that.
If it becomes large or causes pain or is a source of constant stress for
you than you can get a surgery to get it removed. Otherwise its nothing
serious. There are a few medical remedies which can give some relief but
definite treatment is surgery. You can consult a breast surgeon. I would
recommend Dr Razia Bano at Military Hospital Rawalpindi. She is a trained
breast surgeon from Shaukat Khanum Hospital.
