Muscle Weakness, Swelling And Pain

My mother is breast cancer survivor, it is almost 16 years now. She is facing weakness, swelling and pain in the legs, knees and now upper body muscles. Is there any treatment for the cure and are you the right person for the job? Guide please.

Please seek a good competent Medical/neurological consult first. If the physician says or suspects something parallel to Oncology lines, only then seek back your primary Oncologist.
