Hence she had a strong family history of breast cancer and she is at high risk group. Kindly send me the Mammogram x-ray films and age of the patient before further comment.
But she needs complete examination and follow up with medical professional.

Should see a Doctor who has experience in Breast exam in Quetta and She probably will need Biopsy, She can visit in Pak Onco Care or can see a Breast Surgeon in Quetta.

she need USG guided trucut biopsy of right sided breast lump then follow up
