salam my mom in law us a patient of esophagus cancer she had all her treatment done like chomo n radio therapies  now after the gap of 2month dr repeat the ct scan can anyone read this for me n further guide what should be the treatment plan  for future. any oncologist help me here urgently

Radiological findings showed stable disease. ( If lung has no mets ).
What about surgical management.?????

This is probably a good news that disease has not progressed. your doctor is the best judge to decide further therapy and one can not just comment on the plan of management with just one CT scan report. many other things should be considered before deciding further therapy including patient comorbid conditions like sugar, blood pressure, any heart condition, her performance status and the initial stage of the disease.
