Asking for Self, Male, 22 years old, Quetta
Hello, I have had swollen lymph nodes on the right side for the past 6 years. I have a chain of them in both my submandibular regions, both posterior auricular regions (around an inch), right cervical region (less than 5 cm), right axilla (less than 7 cm), and right inguinal region (about the size of long kidney beans - less than 7 cm). Surprisingly, I haven't got them on my left side. I don't have any symptoms. In addition to this, I have microcytic anaemia and I'm a thalassaemia minor (I've got anisocytosis - hypochromic & microcytic poikilocystosis). I also have a cavity in my lower right molar tooth, but I don't think it has anything to do with the lymph nodes. Should I go for an excisional biopsy or FNAC? I'm afraid it could be lymphoma or something... I would appreciate any opinions or advice. please... -Anxious Here
