If there is infection around tube, can buy fusidin cream from pharmacy and apply it around tube two to three times per day. If pus coming out from opening of tube, then add syrup augmentin 1 gram morning and evening through feeding tube. For pain control , can give regular paracetamol syrup 1 gram four times daily. If pain still not controlled, then check from pharmacy if tramadol available in liquid form, if so then that can be given through feeding tube three times per day.
