My mother was diagnosed with differentiated Adenocarcinoma as the result of recommendations from Oncologists for Whipple Surgery.
Her tumor was operated at PKLI, Lahore on 2/01/2020. Now She is back at home.
We want to know about the next step so, her reports are attached kindly provide your kind opinion.

Frankly speaking no clear guidelines. The good thing in this case is Lymph nodes & Margins are negative, yet this cancer is fatal. Both options are there.
1. Observation & F/U with Imaging
2. Chemotherapy
