Breast cancer is relapsed and now going into ribs and neck bone. One doctor is saying biopsy is must to start the treatment. Bisopsy on the other hand is not possible. Are there any treatments that can start without doing biospy? and What doctor you can recommend?

I would agree with biopsy in this case. Recurrent breast cancer can have a different biology and important markers such as ER, PR and her2neu should be rechecked. Before biopsy I would recommend a CT Scan to accurately determine the extent of disease and to help choose an appropriate site of biopsy. And the best doctor for you in this situation is a qualified Medical Oncologist.
