Assalam oalaikum me apni mother k lie pochna chahti hn k unko last year march me ovarian cancer diagnosed hua tha phr unki halat bht khrab thi ascite tha abdomen me or tumor tha ovary me unki chemotherapies hoi 8 or surgery hoi complete hysterectomy usky baad unki targeted therapy chal rai hy Allahamdulilah unki bemari kafi behtar hogai thi but is month again ascite show hua hy or cells increase huey hen or vaginal itching b horai hy CT scan me reports thk nai ai please koi oncologist btaey kia ye possible hy k itni juldi during targeted therapy cancer cells barhny lgy or ascite waps se aey phr ab unko kon sey treatment ki zarort hy or kia Radiation therapy effective hogi is me ? ye unki recent CT scan or Pathology reports hen please advise what to do next JAZAK ALLAH..

There is no role of radiations in ca ovary.

her oncologist suggest 28 days 6 cycles again is this 2nd line chemotherapy?
