i use Latest Arthroscopic technique (minimal invasive surgery) hamstring graft, endobutton and absorbable screw.

Thank you for the query. ACL Injury causes significant change in knee biomechanics. If your are having an unstable knee that interferes with your daily activities, then you will require surgery. I perform Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction ,with the endobutton ane bioscrews and I enhance the strength with my biological techniques post surgery to enable you for a quick rehabilitation process.
