History of Present Illness HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS: For the past 2 to 3 years, this patient has been experiencing bilateral knee pain which is worse with standing, walking, and running. He saw his family physician who organize an outpatient x-ray and MRI; however, his family physician is on vacation, has not received any results. As such is presenting for assessment. Since his last seen, there have been no changes in his symptoms. He has chronic swelling in the knees as well, but no other hot or swollen joints. Denies any falls, trauma, fevers, numbness feels quite well.
