Question

ا ماہ پہلے سیڑھیوں سے اترتے ہوئے پاؤں مڑنے سے 5th metatarsal bone fracture ہو گئی ۔ تین ہفتوں تک پلاستر لگوایا ۔ 
اس کے بعد بھی ہڈی نہیں جڑ پائی۔ اس کا آسان اور جلد حل کیا ہو سکتا ہے۔ جس سے میں جلد از جلد پاؤں پہ چل پھر سکوں
