Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Dubai
Assalam u Alayikum .. I can't sit without tailbone cushion, and tailbone pain just started about two months ago. And today I am having wrist bone pain. It is for the first time I am having bones pain, even I drink milk regularly. Should I take vitamin D supplements? I am already using ensure regularly. What supplements and exercise would you suggest? Kindly help!
P.s. I have been suffering from chronic fever for 1.5 years.

I believe your complaints need a medical and Orthopedic surgeons opinion in a clinical setting. I would suggest you see your nearest GP and once the fever issue is sorted out visit my colleague Dr. Mohsin e Azam in Dubai who will be able to help you out.

fever causes bone pains and your longstanding fever can cause other health issues as well.
vitamin D supplement will help but not completely cure it. you should get medical specialist advice as well.
also eat healthy
regular exercise
Sorry to hear of your suffering. If you r overwt and constipated it will take some time to disappear. .the best management is avoid aggrevating factors that u will notice yourself. At same time learn pelvic floor exersizes and do it regularly. If pain become chronic them u will required a local anaesthetic block in sacral plexes region. Usualy done by pain clinic anaesthetist or well versed orthopod.
For chemical problems like fever kindly consult any medical specialist and for your tail bone issue and bone pains consult chiropractor and get assessed physically to know the exact cause and treat accordingly
