Asking For Self, Male, 50 years old, Rawalpindi
I ve got knee pain especially struggling in the morning when i try to bend it ( left knee). And when sitting on a chair any time is for hr or more both knee started severe pain and can't move for 1-5 mins. Also when climbing stairs it's feel funny (really struggling)
