in my opinion removal of screw is not a treatment of pain??it is a talus Fracture?so may be there will be needed an other surgery to fix the problem

Recent xray karwaen taaa k ye decide kiya jae k fracture heal ho gaya hai... Aur uske baad ye fracture k aik well known complication AVN (avascular necrosis) jis se bone ko blood supply band ho jaati he jiske wajah se dard aur swelling rehti hai.....AVN ko rule out karne k liye need to do bone scan if screw present.... Further management will be decided on presence or absence of AVN
