it might be planter fasciitis..
needs assessment by proper Orthopaedic surgeon .
till date plz use soft shoes ...

plantar fasciitis... avoid walking with bare feet, reduce weight if overweight, use insole gel pad while walking, tab.brexin 0+0+1 tab.nuberol forte 1+0+1, ankle stretching exercises

Tab. Xobix 15mg twice daily after meals for two weeks. If it settles it’s ok otherwise get yourself checked
