I have pain in both my heels since more than a month now it’s at the back of the heels specially when i get up after sitting or waking up, also have pain on the outer side of the right foot. Both my feet have pain even when i touch it like the bones feels sore but I havent had any injury or anything, have also got my uric acid levels check they’re normal too. I also have been having pain in my knees, i find it quite hard to sit on the floor and get back up, my joints hurt specially the left knee. I’ve attached the picture of my feet to help understand the area of the pain.
