I m trying to attach but cannot
MRI conclusion: Altered marrow signals noted in left femoral epiphysis which is displaced posteromedially with widening of growth plate and joint effusuin. Features are more suggestive of slipped upper femoral epiphysis(SUFE); However less likely possibility of coexisting superadded inflammation may be ruled out.
Clinical correlation is recommended.

if there is an effusion in hip joint and child is feeling sick, then better to have surgery.
mri will also help to decide if surgery is required or not. so show mri report and then it's Better to see the patient as well.

ok so that's something you should get treated urgently.
SUFE or Infection both need surgery of some kind to solve the issue.
your child should stop putting weight on that leg immediately, otherwise it can get worse.

dear I advise you get urgent orthopedic opinion as findings are consistent with scfe. and child need fixation. after ruling out other causes like obesity etc.
