Left Neck, Arm And Shoulder Blade Pain

Question

27 years female. 
3-4 months since a severe pain on left side occurs (neck nd arm and sometimes shoulder blade only) specialy while  sitting and lying its the maximum.. Bp is normal with no nausea ot any other issue.. 
None of the pain killers, muscle realaxant, massage, cold and hot packs and therapy worked.. Checked by many doctors.. Changed pillow etc.. 
Green chit from medicine, neuro and rehab specialists.. Calcium vitamin blood tests are all clear too. 
What it could be as its not relieved by anything.. It is now becoming an obstacle in my daily chores and routine as no one is able to treat or diagnose the problem..

Salam, neck pain in this age is related to  position most likely. Though there are no neurological deficit so no need for MRI . She shall think about sleeping pattern and use of computer or mobile in one position. she shall take painkillers and use 2 pillows when sleep. once she corrects her posture , she will feel better in couple of weeks.
