Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Muscular And Joint Pain In Hands And Anklets

I have fever from 4 to 5 days with upper back muscular pain for 3 to 4 days. But from last two days i experience my hand and anklets joint pain in morning time. Also It is diagnosed high WBC (about more than 1200 or 12000 like that) in Blood test. Plz anyone advise me a good Doctor like Artho or Neoro (Because i feel Muscular pain too), which one i have to consult better? I feel Stomatch acidity from Last 3 to 4 month.
