she is getting weak although she shouldn't be. she is 45 and feels sudden cramps in the foot. intense leg bone pain. swelling on the back of her neck. I think her bones are getting weak. she is taking CAC 1000 everyday. but is of no use. any solution ?

Night time cramping pain in feet ? any numbness in hands and feet ? back pain radiating to leg ? restlessness at night ? where exactly is the swelling ? and any trauma ? is it early morning swelling ? Any stiffness ? Is she taking any tonics as diabetic patients should take ? which medications is she using ? regular checkups ? Need to know all these and some more details about her condition. She can be managed very well, don’t worry abt it. Hope it helps. Stay home stay safe.

night cramps and leg pain right when she is about to go to sleep. she feels restless, no trauma, swelling occurs behind the neck between shoulders. it has happened twice that her whole body got stiff and she wasn't able to move properly without feeling intense pain. but this happened a long time ago

You did not mention in Ur querie if Ur mother is a Diobetic patient, if she is, she needs complete Diobatic management.
If she is not, needs to check her vitamin D3,
Sudden cramps also shows deficiency of vitamin B or vitamin D , u write here she is taking CAC 1000 daily, frequent intake of calcium is not good, until she is diagnosed with deficiency of vitamin D.
If Ur mother is not Diobatic patient she needs to done a test of vitamin D3.
After that it will become easy to prescribe medicine.
