There are few condition which can cause pain to your tail bone . Few treatment are available which you can try at home ,if not improves then see me in Nov around 15 in Faisalabad, then do treatment.

tail bone pain is different. And low back pain is another entity.. so i advise u to go to ortho opd for physical checkup so proper examination can be done
