Asking for Mother, Female, 63 years old, Karachi
My mother suffered severe knee pain 5 weeks ago. The orthopedist gave her analgesic tablets. Her knee was put in a cast for 4 weeks. Now it’s removed. She feels a little pain and discomfort off and on. According to her it’s improving. She doesn’t want to go to the hospital nowadays as it’s crowded and risky. I want to know how she should proceed regarding physiotherapy/ exercise or movement. Her MRI knee report is attached.

Needs to assess her clinically as well. Meanwhile she can continue with physio SLR/Quads/hamstring
