Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Pain Around Both Knees

Aslaam o Alaikum ، Sir I am living in District Gujrat town Kunjah I have pain around both knees for one month.specially while sitting for prayer and getting up, Knee joints are ok . My age is 64 years. By the consultation of One MBBS doctor I am vovran 100 mg and proves 1+1 tablei , I am afraid this pain killers medicine may damage my kidneys. Please advise me some effective medicines which could reduce the disease and did not effect my other body. I shall be thankful for you. May Almighty Allah be kind upon you.
