Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Pain In Shoulder Joint

I am the only caretaker of my baby before this quarantine. Feel pain in my shoulders but my the pain in my right shoulder is tingling and stabbing. Pain sorrounds the front and back area of shoulder some times feel in veins of neck on that side. The pain is more severe at night or when in restless position for some long time.This pain originated after i once slept with wet hair and the position of pillow was not so good. I had also attack of cold in those days. age 26. please reply asap what should I do. kindly suggest some exercise and medicine. Best Regards
