Asking For Self, Male 26, Islamabad
I was suffering from shoulder pain for 3 years. Shoulder MRI was done in Dec 2023 which revealed subacromial subcoracoid subdeltoid bursitis. I was given kenacort steroid inj in subacromial bursae but didn't get rid of pain. Yesterday I went through an arthroscopy, orthopedic surgeon removed subacromial bursae because it was inflamed. Is it a good decision, will it not cause any pain in the shoulder. Your answer and any recommendations are highly appreciated.
I needs MRI scan ,report , usually surgery is the last resort after physio and injection
