i am having pain in right shoulder muscle below blade and pain in neck..No problem with moment but when sit idle pain starts and mostly pain when try to sleep. SHOULD i go for Dexa Scan as BQI Is 50..i am taking Cal and Vit-D3 capsule OSTEGUM..
