assalam U alaikum sir I have been suffering from shoulder pain for 8 months, I feel pain if I left weight or use power , my shoulder start paining if I throw stones , my shoulder start paining when I work upon the shoulder, I have done MRI , doctor told me one of your tendon in shoulder is teard , can it be recover with out surgery? do It need to be operated? or it can be cured with medicines, pls respected doctors guide us , thanks you
