Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Sore And Painful Feet
Asking For Self, Male 23, Lahore
Good Morning Everyone. I hope you are doing well.
I am here to ask about about potential solution of to my sour and painful feet. My arch is not very prominant, i am diagnosed with flat feet.
The feet suffer this situation every day after coming back from office. Tho I tried silicon heel pads but they work well but are really hard to maintain.
