Thank you Dr sarfraz for asking. Although the radiographs and MRI are showing degenerative changes of spine and disc bulge as well, but a clinical examination is required. Cauda equina syndrome, characterized by loss of bladder or bowel function and saddle Anesthesia warrants emergency surgery. All other procedures are elective, depending on the clinical significant finding.
