your send needs to be examined physically.

There’s possibly tightness in one or more muscle groups in his legs. This should be evaluated and diagnosed. Depending on it’s severity the treatment may be simple as certain stretching exercises (physiotherapy) to improve and correct it. Sometimes MRI of lower spine may be needed for diagnosis.
Well your son needs examination and then we can formulate a diagnosis. Probably he is having short / contracted Achilles’ tendon ( the long tendon running on the back from thigh to heel top) . If he is having one then will advise physical therapy stretching exercises and some times plaster . If he didn’t respond to this treatment then he will need lengthening of the tendon .
toe walker on both feet??
agreed with opinion of having tightness of tendoachiles/gastrocnemius.
needs physio if persistant I will suggest to consult for clinical examiy.
