Hello, actually Vit D is only prepared in our body through sun exposure. It is common in our country about vit deficiency, normally it’s not responsible for pain . At present you can take dose in following manner , if your pain does not subside then you need clinical checkup to rule out cause of your pain. Cap . Indrop D (200,000 iu) 1 weekly for 6 weeks. Thanx

your vitamin D level is within normal range.. no need to improve your lab report... as far as pain is concerned.. add exercise in your routine... proper sun exposure.. adequate diet containing milk , fruits and vegetables... that will help you

you don't need to take vitamin D supplement... just sunlight exposure with regular physio will be suffice to overcome your problem..
