last 1 month sa mari right wrist main blow thumb 1 point pa pain hai bht zada..... ka main choti baby ko utha bhi nahi sakti.... doctor ko check krwya tha ac na anti-inflammatory and pain killer di thi.... 1 week ho gya hai medicine use krty wa pain kaam nahi howa ..... please suggest me ka ub kia krna chya

may be De Quervain syndrome which is common in ladies in 3-4 decades.needs xray and some examination after confirmation steriod shot will be enough for it
Xrays share krdein. Time lgta hai aur baby k paida honey k 3 months tek derd reh skta hai.
How old is your baby.
You might be suffering from what is called De Quervain's Tenosynovitis.
If you can avoid lifting the baby for sometime, give rest to the hqnd, apply Fastum Gel/Voltral Gel to the affected area, this should resolve in 3 weeks.
If not, you will need a small steroid injection into the affected area.

steroid locally in sheath of tendon
Most probably tenosynovitis if no history of injury. Do some iceing and use thumb splint for 3 months. If pain not tolerable need steroid+local anaesthetic injection in first extensor compartment avoid intra tendon injection. Rule out other regional pathologies.

no past history of injury.... 5 months ki bate hai mari.... aci ki handling main pain start howa hai.... and yes cold compress hi kr rahi hn
