shoulder bone agar ek ya ek se ziyada tukron me fractured hovi hai aur apni Jaga se alag ho gai hai to uska ilaaj operation hai, specialised plates k sath fix Kiya jata hai ya to Gola( head of humerus bone ) tabdeel Kiya jata hai,
need old and fresh x-rays of shoulder joint and and clinical examination. then will plan further. agar to fracture union ho gai hai, phr only physiotherapy will be advised
