Asking For Self, Male 38, Okara
I am suffering from back pain. Initially it was started in 2021 and after taking 2,3 months medicines which were pain killers mostly it was settled. Now its is started again from 1,2 months but now only on left side where left leg attached to the backbone. (on left side pelvis/hip bone) Need an advice i am in pain specially while walking and using flush/seat.

Yes there is an issue in xray. I advise you to continue the meds advised by Dr Anwar and get this MRI done "MRI plain lumbosacral spine"

Please get an Orthopaedic Surgeon consultation as this would require complete hip and spine examination, plain Xray of Lumbosacral spine. You might also be advised an MRi of the spine depending upon the examination findings.

The Spine Xray in itself looks alright, the pain might be from your left hip joint. Please at least get an Xray AP pelvis and then consult. You can consult online or in person as needed.

I have seen your MRI, however, I still need to examine you to suggest whether you need a surgery or the conservative management with medication only. If you are in too much pain and not responding to medication then it is quite likely you will end up having a surgery. Luckily the results are quite promising.

this is the accurate location on backside where suffering from pain. It causes mainly after left leg working. Patient

This was the Digital Xray conducted in 2021 when initially pain was started in whole lower back. but now it is only on left side and not in spine.
