mujhe takreban year se zyada se ye problem he k during sitting and standing mere knee se cracking sounds ate he. specially when i am praying. kindly recommend some tests or any medicine so i can get rid of it. i am very depressed of this situation.

actually sir there is no problem other like that i don't have any accident or any other injury but the main problem is that i have weakened myself very much by excessive mast***ion. so kindly suggest tablets accordingly. also kindly tell side effects or don't of that tablet. jazakAllah
