put x ray in front of light source if illuminator is not there. looks okay based on limited visibility. could be sprain. take tablets as advised by doc sb above.
Can not comment on XR as it needs to be on illuminator. If you are unable to weight bear then guve it some rest. Keep it elevated. Do icing for 24-48 hours. Do not put any weight on it.
If possible repost XR with illuminator. Better to get yourself checked/examined by orthopaedic surgeon in clinic.
