Left Neck of Femur fracture. Patient needs surgery.
It is left side neck of femur fracture. In a 50 years old fixation should be tried first. There are some important complications of such fracture that may appear after 3 months or more. Still in a relatively young person, of 50 years, a small operation and fracture fixation should be the first option.
